At LaFrancé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
